The Project
A very large and unusual penthouse apartment in Holland Park failed to secure either a tenant or a purchaser for several months whilst being shown empty (except for unmade beds), and in less than perfect viewing condition.

We advised our client that the apartment would need some attention before it could hope to attract an acceptable offer. We undertook to professionally clean throughout, replace the master bedroom carpet, and dress and style all the rooms.
When the apartment came back on the market there was renewed and positive interest from viewers resulting in a tenancy after 4 weeks. The tenant liked the style of furnishing so much that he requested us to replicate it and buy everything for him to achieve the same look.
