Case Study: Sudeley Street
This beautiful house near the Angel in Islington had recently been redesigned and renovated to suit the taste and lifestyle of the owner.
When the time came to sell, its presentation as an upside down, one bedroomed house proved difficult for potential buyers.
Our objective in dressing the property was to show that the layout although unusual, worked very well, with the top floor living room and roof terrace flooded with light and views over the rooftops of Islington, and the spacious master bedroom suite in the basement made comfortable and cosy.
There was an additional living room on the ground floor which we converted into a second bedroom purely by furnishing it with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and crisp white bed linen.
The result is a stylish and charming house which has appeal to a broader market.
